Sharon joined the North York Dental team in 2018 and became the lead administrator with the team in 2021.

She has a dynamic personality and a passion for providing excellent customer service to our valued patients.

Sharon graduated with honours from the Dental Office Administration program at George Brown College in 2017. She is continuously learning about dental treatment and procedures and is furthering her knowledge by taking a treatment coordination course and working to gain her HARP certification.

Sharon strives to ensure patient satisfaction with each visit. Patient happiness and oral health are important to her. Sharon is known for her ability to make patients feel welcomed and like family at North York Dental.

Sharon is a level II registered dental assistant and has been working professionally for the last 4+ years.

Sharon has been an integral part of our clinical operations and administrative support. She is focused on ensuring patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Her responsibilities also include making sure sterilization requirements are met.

Sharon is passionate about Dental Assisting because it is a growing field where there are always new things to learn and in turn educate. She has a positive attitude and outgoing personality and is very excited to be a part of the North York Dental team! We are grateful for her support!

In her spare time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family as well as running, exercising, and listening to music.

Ines began her career as a dental assistant and gained the necessary experience to provide exemplary customer service and effectively work within a fast paced and fulfilling dental environment. After well over a decade in the field, Ines furthered her education and transitioned into dental hygiene.
Ines strives to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring that her patients enter a safe and welcoming environment.

She is both personable and compassionate and understands the diversity of her patients.

Ines is a team player and recognizes the importance of furthering her knowledge and technique through professional development. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
